Submission Information
Paper Submission Guidelines
Submissions will be handled by CMT. To submit a paper to IJCLR2025, authors are invited to follow the Submission Link. After completing the registration by opening the link, select the Track name from the dropdown menu of the “Create new submission” button to make your submission. You can select “Main Track”, " Recently Published Papers Track" or "Late-breaking Papers, Posters and Demo Track"Conference papers may be either long papers, of up to 15 pages, including references, or short papers of up to 9 pages, including references. Please note that long and short paper should be submitted to the “Main Track” on CMT. Conference paper submissions must be in Springer LNCS format , according to the Springer LNCS author instructions. A full range of general questions about submissions to Springer journals can be found on Springer’s website.
Recently Published Papers must be submitted in their original format and length and there is no need to change or reformat the paper.
Submissions to Late-breaking Papers, Posters and Demo Track must be between 2 to 4 pages in length, including references. Submissions to this track must be in Springer LNCS format, according to the Springer LNCS author instructions. Poster Submission & Printing Guidelines
The poster boards measure H183 × W122 cm (6′ × 4′). There is no required format for the posters, and you may prepare and print them in either A0 (portrait) or A1 (portrait or landscape) format. However, we are pleased to provide an optional service for printing and delivering your poster at the conference venue. For this service, the recommended poster size is A1 portrait (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm). To use this service, please prepare your poster in the recommended size and format (see details below) and submit both the final PDF and the source file (LaTeX or PowerPoint) via the CMT track Poster Printing by Sunday, 7 September 2025 (AOE). This poster printing service is offered free of charge by the conference organisers.Recommended Latex Template
- A LaTeX template (Download here) is provided for your convenience.
- Using the template will ensure correct formatting and smooth printing.
Preparing Posters in PowerPoint
- Open PowerPoint and go to the Design tab.
- On the right-hand side, click lide Size → Custom Slide Size.
- Set the slide size to A1: 84.1 cm (width) × 118.9 cm (height).
- Select Ensure Fit. You can now design your poster.
- Save your file as PowerPoint (.pptx).
- Export a PDF version and send it to us.
